Concert Series FAQ
How do I purchase a ticket?
Come into the winery between now and the concert day and purchase your ticket. We WILL NOT be selling tickets at the door! And will stop selling tickets at 2pm the day of the concert.
BRING ID!
We are required to wrist band and check ID for all guests (21 AND OVER). Regardless of your age, or frequency of visiting the winery, please bring your ID, this will make a smooth and quick
entrance. Our security is instructed to check all ID.
What food/drinks will we have?
We will have concession food, beer & wine available for purchase. We ask that you please don’t bring outside food or drink – Swiftwater Wine is permitted!
Will everyone have a seat?
Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to the event. No umbrellas, or inflatable chairs, or anything that causes distractions for other guests. Tables for Black Diamond Members are available for purchase (limited quantities). Chairs will also be available for rent at $2/chair.
Can dogs come to the concert?
While we love our fur babies, we do not allow dogs at the concert. Service dogs with proper documentation are permitted. Our winery dog will be there.
WEATHER?
We have no idea, so please plan, and bring jackets, blankets, and such. Be prepared!
Will we be able to go home and come back?
You will have a wristband to allow you to come in and out.
Can we order food from the winery for the concert?
We will not be doing TOGO food. You are however able to make a reservation before the concert and dine or purchase the options we have available at the concert. The winery will be closing at 9pm, so we will not take walk-ins after the concert.
Will you have chairs for rent?
Yes, we will have folding chairs you can rent for $2.
Is this concert open to the public?
Yes, this concert is open to the public.
Are kids permitted at the concert?
Yes, kids are welcome! The ticket cost for children 12 and under is $20 + tax. Ages 0-3 do not need tickets.
Where should we park?
Free parking is located around the winery and down along the hill from the winery, close to the golf course. We encourage you to take the shuttles, carpool or enjoy a walk. Parking is limited and could be occupied.
Can we bring bags/purses?
We will have security performing bag check. We ask that you please don’t bring any large tote, duffel, or beach bags to allow for an easy check-in process. Small purses & fanny packs welcome Leave the rest at HOME! NO BIG BAGS/Purses!
WATER BOTTLES?
We don’t want to smell check your water, so please don’t offer. We sell water bottles and have water stations throughout the entire concert. Please don’t bring in water bottles.
